[SIPForum-techwg] Real Interoperability

Dan these points are very important and the SIPforum board has discussed at
some length how we can facilitate this kind of test suite or create a
specific SIPconnect Compliant interoperability forum similar to SIPit. The
thought is that we should not distract from the excellent work SIPit does
but possibly create something different. But obviously first things
first...let get a implementable spec out the door.
