[SIPForum-techwg] Trouble Posting

Some people have had trouble posting to the list.

We are using MAILMAN.  You may be familiar with that from the IETF.   
If you go back into your memory, you may remember that one of the anti- 
spam filters is the number of recipients on a message.

That limit was set too low for the TECH-wg list.  However, it is good  
practise to trim your To/Cc response to be list only.  Remember,  
everyone else on the list is on the list.  You may also consider  
adding a To: to the person whom you are responding to, if you feel  
they need to directly get the message.
