Well those that have been certified for the SIPconnect Compliant program are
here.

However I know several Carriers that in fact use the spec but are not
currently part of the certification program.

We want to eventually have some form of formal compatibility testing program
in conjunction with SIPit but that has not been finalized.

Obviously for now we have the current SipConnect Compliant participants and
now commitment of Microsoft and the CableLabs companies which themselves
represent a huge part of the SIP PBX/Carrier potential market.
