Yeah...
It's risky for sure.
I'm not sure how deep we want to get into this in this document. That's why
a blanket statement on IP addresses that can be used outside neededing to be public
IP address is what I prefer.
It's almost like we just need to warn people about the difficulties, as opposed to
write too many rules on this.
