Hi Udit,
I agree support for an SDP offer in the 200 OK is not universally
supported and should not be used in basic use cases. I will add a
comment to the document.
(I do find there are times when the delayed offer is a very useful
mechanism - so I encourage implementers to support it!)
Thanks,
Peter

Draft
Hi Peter,
For IP-PBX to PSTN calls, will INVITE MUST have SDP. Generally. SIP-PSTN
gateways does not handle INVITE without SDP.
Basically, what will happen if PBX receives INVITE without SDP to route
call over PSTN, it can happen because of different PBX services
implementation using B2B.

Udit

[SIPForum-techwg] SIPConnect - Basic Interop Use Cases Draft
Hi all,
Attached is an initial draft of basic use cases for SIPConnect
enterprise/service provider inter-op.
The genesis of this document was a conversation at the last SIPIT wrt
"what would we test if we had compliant implementations"? This document
is my first stab at trying to get this some of this down on paper.
My goal was to try and steer through some of the various "option 1 vs
option 2" stuff to try and get a useful common denominator.
I'm interested in any and all feedback about the structure, details etc.
Regards,
Peter Musgrave
