That assumes that Acme knows the request should go to Bozo. But this may 
  not be information that is available to Acme. For instance, it may be 
that both Acme and Bozo are customers of the same SP, and that SP keeps 
that information to itself. Or even if it isn't a secret, its one more 
service that Acme might like to outsource to the SP. It might be 
different if there were widespread availability of public ENUM.

This area seems to strongly overlap with Speermint. I guess it really is 
out of scope of SIPConnect, at least for now.
