Syed --

To some degree, the number of service providers will be constrained
to the number of application/server vendors that implement this
first. Once implemented, *then* some percent of their customers can
be presumed to elect to deploy the service.

We are beginning to consider the promotional work that we will be
doing in conjunction with this spec; as part of that, we'll be trying
to contact some product vendors to see which of them will be
implementing the spec. In those conversations, we'll also try to
determine which of *their* customers have expressed an interest in
deploying this service, and will (in turn) contact them.

However, I would guess not many operators are going to want their
names announced until they formally make the service available.
(They may give some "industry support" comment; something short of a
formal announcement of service....) In our marketing efforts, we'll
provide whatever information the operators permit us to say.
