[SIPForum-marketingwg] Addendum to Message

[Marc Robins]

Dear WG Members:

In my haste to get my message out to you, I neglected to include details
about the current support and resources available to the SIP Forum Marketing
Working Group and its Chair.

We are currently engaging the services of a marketing and events consultant
to perform many support activities for the Forum. Her name is Kim Schofield,
and she will be available to the marketing working group and chair to
perform a number of tasks, including event planning and logistical support,
document production, and marketing communications activities. 

We have also engaged the services of a PR agency to lean on -- if necessary
-- to help support our media relations activities.

In addition, I will be available to produce some content, and perform the
bulk of the editing on all SIP Forum marketing materials. I also plan to
produce the bulk of PR communications -- press releases and announcements --
generated by the Forum.
