[SIPForum-marketingwg] Revitalizing the SIP Forum Marketing Work Group

Dear Marketing WG Members,

Happy 2008 to all!

It's time to take a census of the workgroup to see how many of you are still
interested in being a part of the effort, and to see how many of you wish to
take on an expanded role.

The marketing WG is critically important to the forum, as it is responsible
for managing various key SIP Forum marketing activities -- and as we start
to initiate various new initiatives and campaigns, the role of the group --
and its members -- will become even more vital.

New Forum director Mark Enstrom and myself will be joining the group to help
nurture, shepherd and care for various efforts, but we're also actively
soliciting candidates for the chairman position (we feel it's important, if
possible, not to concentrate too much responsibility in the hands of a few
;).
