                        As a supporting association of the Mobility World
Congress the SIP Forum has obtained a 15% discount on the congress price for
all its members.  The Mobility World Congress is Asia's premier conference
for the mobile and wireless industries.  Taking place from the 3-6 December
it welcomes over 150 speakers from 40 countries including 50 presenters from
telecom operators.

                        This four day event features two afternoons of
keynote sessions, six congress tracks, three co-located events, two special
interest seminars and six interactive workshops - truly a 'week in
wireless'.

                        One of the tracks that should be of interest is
Track C Wireless Devices which features the following talks:

                        - Monetizing ultra wideband connections in mobile
devices and handsets
                        - Ultra low cost devices and related initiatives

                        On top of this SIP Forum members should also be
interested in two of the tracks at the event.  Congress Track A on Mobile
Broadband Deployments focuses on everything from WiMAX, EV-DO and TD-SCDMA
trial updates.  This interesting session features speakers from Telstra, Far
EasTone Telecommunications, Telenor Nordic Mobile and the GSA.

                        Congress Track D on Network Evolution takes place on
the morning of the 5 December and features Adrian Scrase from ETSI as one of
its speakers.  Joining him will be representatives from MTN, BT Global
Services, SK Telecom and Fon.
