[SIPForum-discussion] query regarding call-id

Hi all...

can any one clear my doubt:

Query: we are designing the sip stack. Regarding the parameters need to pass
from outside. I am confused about the call-id parameter.

call-id should generate inside the sip stack, when TU layer create the sip
msgs.

Or applcation layer will genrate call-id(using some alogorithm), and pass it
as a parameter.

Do me the needful in this regard.
