[SIPForum-discussion] Sip Server

Hi!
I'm a student in VietNam. I'm learning about VoIp. I've found the Sip opensource at pjsip.org. But i don't know does it support sip server to when i call myfriend , i only just write the name account and don't know  the dynamic ip. it's like the yahoo server. if yes, where i can register the acccount. Could you please reply me as soon as possible,
