[SIPForum-discussion] How to implement callshop

Hi all

I want to implement callshop .I'm serching in internet but have not decided how to implemnt it.
I need some help eg:

the billing software 
the voip gateway
a server when i connect the accounts of my customers and to use this soft like proxy to use my account with one 
voip service provider.
???
