[SIPForum-discussion] A query regarding the REGISTER request

Hi,

As i know from the RFC 3261 that there are 6 headers which are mandatory in
any
SIP request ( To,From,Call-ID,CSeq,MaxForward and Via)
but RFC 3261 donot mention anything abt the Via in case of REGISTER request.

Please tell what is the reason behind this.
