[SIPForum-discussion] Call transfer possibility

Dear all,

I have two PCs, both having static IP and both having SIP soft phones. We
are in the progress of call transfer.
i.e. We will initiate call from PC1 to a telephone number. If the call is
connected, we will transfer the call to PC2. Is it possible?
Please give your inputs...
